At Bavari, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

Returns

  • Prepaid Orders: Eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Process: Provide an unboxing video and fill out the return form. Send the product to our provided address and share courier details at 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, imitation jewelry, beauty products, hazardous materials, or perishable goods.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: We are not liable for returns/refunds on damaged products received after return.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7-15 business days after return approval. The amount is credited to the original payment method.
  • Notifications: You will be informed via email once the return is received, inspected, and refunded.

Exceptions

  • COD Orders: No returns, refunds, or queries entertained post-delivery. Orders may be rejected at delivery but cannot be returned afterward.
  • Stock Availability: In case of stock discrepancies, prepaid customers will be contacted for alternatives, while COD orders may receive a similar product.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
